505's knowledge and experience gave good stead with this complex villa conversion project.

First 450 truck loads of dirt were moved from the back of the section to make way for new lower floors to house a garage, wine cellar, bedroom and office. Then the house was moved.

New lower levels were framed and the house lovingly knitted together using old methods and sourcing materials to faithfully match the villa's heritage style.
