A thoughtful transformation of a beautiful 1920s Remuera bungalow, retaining the character and charm of the original home while introducing a contemporary extension to the rear. Traditional weatherboards are preserved across the front and sides, transitioning to vertical shiplap weatherboards and aluminium joinery at the back.

The result will be a considered blend of heritage character and modern design, opening up the home to create light-filled, connected living spaces.
