Project Details

Inspired by the heritage red brick and steel detailing of the church building of neighbouring early learning centre, Park Rise apartments epitomise boutique, beachside living with views for days.

The duplexes are orientated to the north with sun pouring into their courtyards and lower living, and through the louvres into the master bedroom, ensuring privacy while making the most of their compactness.
