New cedar-clad home in Kenny Road

We worked closely with the owners and their architect to build this brand new home. The design was intricate and challenging, requiring extremely accurate measuring and cutting to create special areas such as the stair casing and balustrade in French oak. The challenges weren’t just on the inside. The outside required quite detailed work, including cladding in Black Cedar. This needed careful management and close attention to detail, a painstaking process that really paid off.

The front windows were fitted with louvres that acted as sun shading and aided security as well as being a striking architectural feature.

Building this unique home was an enjoyable and rewarding experience, and the owners are very happy.
