Currently under construction on Shoreway, Omaha Beach, this renovation reimagines a 20-year-old architect-designed home, bringing a contemporary coastal sensibility to the existing architecture.

The project includes a full interior refit, introducing a refined palette of natural materials including oak flooring and doors, alongside considered interior detailing throughout. A new family room, bar and outdoor room extend the home’s living spaces, complemented by a new pool and upgraded service areas.

Material selection and detailing have been carefully developed to create a cohesive relationship between the existing structure and its contemporary update.

With a strong emphasis on longevity, proportion and materiality, the renovation respects the integrity of the original home while introducing a more refined and contemporary expression, thoughtfully considered for the years ahead.
