Breathing new life into the Rothesay Bay community with a striking new orthodontic practice at Beach Road. The site was formerly home to a well-known local pub, which has been removed to make way for this purpose-built two-level practice.

The 245m² ground-floor facility has been carefully designed around the needs of a modern orthodontic practice, incorporating reception and waiting areas, multiple treatment rooms, X-ray and laboratory facilities, offices, staff amenities and a boardroom, with an additional basement providing storage and service access.

A contemporary material palette of vertical aluminium cladding, aluminium joinery, timber detailing and architectural louvres creates a clean and refined exterior, while considered glazing and natural light bring a welcoming feel to the practice.
