A substantial new facility for Black Bridge Nurseries in Clevedon, purpose-built to bring their growing nursery operation together under one roof. The development combines expansive warehouse and operational spaces with a dedicated office and administration building, incorporating loading, bagging, workshop and dispatch areas alongside contemporary staff and workplace facilities.

Over 1,200m², the facility features two mezzanine levels with open-plan workspaces, offices, an executive lounge, boardroom and flexible meeting areas. A refined material palette of Colorsteel cladding, brick veneer, powder-coated aluminium joinery and timber detailing brings a considered architectural finish to the building.

Set within Black Bridge Nurseries' wider Clevedon site, the project also incorporates new access, loading and display areas alongside considered landscape works, including planting, windbreaks and retention areas designed to integrate the new facility into its surrounding nursery environment.
